When will my order arrive?

We ship all our orders First Class with the US Postal Service and they typically arrive 6 to 8 business days after you place your order.  If you need your order sooner than that, please include a brief note with your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.


What is your return policy?

Fortunately most of our customers are happy with their wallet, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your wallet, you can return it for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase. 


What are your billing terms and what forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, and Discover Card on our website.  If you would rather pay by check, please email us.  Once your check clears, we will ship your order.  We do not keep any credit card information in our files, and all purchases are processed securely by Stripe (stripe.com).  CA residents add 7.50% sales tax.


Do you ship your wallets to addresses outside the United States? 

Yes, we ship our wallets worldwide, although shipping charges are slightly higher for International Orders and shipping times are longer, as our packages have to clear customs.  We have received orders from all over the world, including such countries as Canada, Germany, Mexico, The Netherlands, and Italy.

Do you offer team discounts?  Can you put our logo on your wallets?
